Which Belgian data sources does Prospexi use?

KBO / BCE (Crossroads Bank for Enterprises) for the base company registry, NBB / BNB (National Bank of Belgium) for annual accounts and financials, Belgisch Staatsblad / Moniteur belge for governance and mandate changes, the Vlaams Subsidieregister for subsidies granted in Flanders (VLAIO's among them), and TED, the EU procurement database, for public contracts won by Belgian companies. All data is public and updated continuously.

Is Prospexi GDPR-compliant for B2B outreach?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Prospexi processes data on legal entities only. Enterprises registered as natural persons (sole traders) are excluded from customer dashboards entirely, and no director names or birth years are stored. Our Records of Processing Activities and Legitimate Interest Assessment are available on request.

1,179,575 Belgian companies from the KBO / BCE register, from a one-person BV/SRL to Fortune 500 subsidiaries. Sole traders are deliberately excluded: they are natural persons, not companies.

Does Prospexi provide personal contact details?

Accepted Answer

We store none, and that is the point. No director names, no dates of birth, no guessed email addresses, so nothing in your dashboard is personal data and nothing has to be justified to a regulator. What you get instead is one click to the source. The KBO Public Search page for that company lists every director by name with the date they were appointed, and the court-appointed curator if there is one. The company's Official Gazette publications sit beside it, and LinkedIn and the contact page are one click further. You reach the right person in seconds. We simply never hold them.

Fully. Prospexi covers every Belgian region (Flanders, Brussels, Wallonia, and Ostbelgien) with source data in the language the company registered in. The interface and outreach templates are available in Dutch, French, and English.
