  It replaces the company-finding part. LinkedIn Sales Nav is optimised for individuals — good for finding a specific HR director once you know a company is hiring. Prospexi tells you which Belgian companies are hiring in the first place, which Sales Nav can't.

• How does Prospexi know a company is hiring?

  Three primary signals: (1) job postings scraped from the company's own website, (2) headcount growth pattern from NBB financial data, (3) new director or key-role appointments in the Belgian Staatsblad. Combined, they predict recruitment mandate probability.

• Can I get contacts of HR managers?

  Not from Prospexi, by design. We store no personal data: no names, no personal email addresses. You get the company's own email and phone from public sources, plus direct links to KBO Public Search, the company website and its careers page, where you look the person up yourself.

• Is this compliant with GDPR for a Belgian recruitment agency?

  Yes. All data used is from public sources: KBO/BCE, NBB, Staatsblad, Vlaams Subsidieregister, TED. We don't scrape LinkedIn profiles or use paid data brokers. Legitimate interest for B2B outreach is documented in our DPA.
